Animal Flow challenges your body to move in a variety of movement patterns that traditional gym training will not offer. You learn how to control and move your body using playful stretches and transitions that have been inspired by the Brazilian martial art Capoeira, parkour, gymnastics and yoga to create flows which can last anything from 1-10mins long! 

Animal Flow will increase your mobility while also increasing your strength, endurance, coordination, stability and neuromuscular development. Once you have a good understanding of the Animal Flow moves you can use the movements and combinations in a variety of ways to achieve specific results. Mastering the movements will unlock endless amounts of fun, creating unique sequences is the real magic of Animal Flow!
